How to improve heating efficiency and extend the lifetime of heat pump water heater ?

1, If stop using or power failure happen when the ambient temperature is lower than 2 ℃ , the user must promptly drain out the water inside the heat pump pipes and shut down the main power switch . When run heat pump again, the user should check the system completely before starting up heat pump .

2, The user should clean the water filter timly regually according to the local water quality (better quarterly), to ensure the clean water cycling inside , water circulation smooth, in order to avoid the heating efficiency decreasing and even accidental damage of unit due to decreasd cycling water flow caused by dirty or blocked of water or filter .

3, The user shoud often check the electrical system wiring is fasten or not , if any electrical components are abnormal , please hand it in time.

4, The user should often check water replenishment ,water level controller and exhausting device is working well or not , so as to avoid excessive overflow, decreasing of water flow volume, which will affect heating capacity and stability of heat pump water heater.

5, The user should keep dry air around the unit, well-ventilated. Clean regularly (it’s better quarterly) air side heat exchanger to maintain good heat transfer. Do not pile up debris around the unit to avoid blocking the inlet and outlet.

6, The user should always check the components of the unit can work well or not , check if ther is oil in the place of pipe joints and gas filling valves, to ensure refrigerat leak .If water pump, valves is working properly,and no water leakage from water pipes and pipe joints.

7, If heat pump failure can not be resolved, timely feedback should be provided to manufacturer or the local special services, in order to get in time support.

8,If need to clean the condenser , recommend to fill 50 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, the concentration of 5% hot phosphoric acid , start circulating water pump for 3 hours, and finally clean with tap water 3 times. It is recommended to reserve the tee connection when installing the pipeline for connecting pipes to clean condenser, and seal one outlet.Do not clean the condenser with a caustic cleaning solution.
