Project Description:
This project is located in the hometown of medicinal herbs in Dandong, Liaoning, Northeast China. Two 15P closed-loop dehumidification and drying integrated units are used for 3 tons of ginseng, and the units adopt programmable control mode to meet the drying requirements of different types of materials; Accurate temperature control, constant temperature, constant humidity, each drying process and time, etc. Its effectiveness has been recognized and welcomed by users.
Ginseng is placed in layers in the drying room, with sufficient spacing between layers to facilitate ventilation and moisture removal. The air can circulate through the hot air circulation components to ensure uniform temperature and steam flow throughout the drying room, and to promptly remove water molecules.
During drying
The temperature should be controlled between 40-50 degrees, with a minimum of 30 ℃ and a drying room humidity of around 60%. Ensuring the quality of ginseng can also improve its yield. The drying temperature is repeated from low to high, and then from high to low until the product phase and drying degree meet the requirements. Low temperature drying refers to the gradual evaporation of water from the ginseng tissue, with little change in its shape. The epidermal layer does not seal off the soil due to high temperature, and the water cannot evaporate. Processing at 40-48 degrees Celsius can ensure the quality of dried ginseng and shorten the drying time.
