The electroplating plant in Langxi County, Anhui Province has selected Xusheng electroplating professional high-temperature hot water units and equipped four 25P high-temperature hot water units to meet the requirement of maintaining a tank temperature of 60-80 ℃,

Effectively ensuring the stable operation of customer electroplating production lines, helping customers reduce electroplating costs per unit product, and improving production safety and yield. At the same time, high-temperature heat pumps can recycle exhaust gas and introduce it into the production workshop, increasing fresh air and reducing workshop temperature. One machine can be used multiple times, saving time and time again.

In the processing of electroplating plants, pre-treatments such as nickel and chromium electroplating require maintaining hot water at 50 ℃ to 80 ℃. Currently, the hot water required for electroplating pools is mainly supplied by diesel boilers for steam heating and electric heating. Nowadays, the price of energy is constantly rising, and the operation cost of heating equipment such as oil and coal is quite expensive, resulting in energy loss and direct environmental pollution. In the global atmosphere of energy conservation and emission reduction, China's policies have also begun to tilt, reducing power and energy consumption in the production process. Currently, many electroplating plants have replaced boilers, electricity and other heating equipment with heat pump hot water units. The popularization of heat pump hot water units in the electroplating industry is an inevitable trend.
